Chicago, the Windy City!

In the morning, we drove to Batavia to go to the Fermilab.  Which I personally didn't care for, but Jacquelyn was driving, and made me go.  It was a lab all about physics and making antimatter, and other things.  I'm not exactly sure what was going on, it was long, and I didn't really care about it.

After the lab, we drove to Chicago. That was an adventure.  We sat in traffic for like 2 hours trying to get into the city.  Then when we finally got into the city, it was a disaster because we didn't know where we were going.  Her GPS was mostly helpful, but it was a nightmare.  After finding the hotel, parking, checking in etc, we went exploring, Millennium Park. (on feet of course.  No driving in that city).  We found an amphitheater, (which was having a concert later that night), then walked around thoroughly lost.  Haha,  We walked to the marine where the boats were, and then we found a really cool fountain.  After the fountain, we decided that we needed to find the Bean.  Which we totally passed on the wrong side of the amphitheater.  We found it, and took the cliche pictures with the bean, and left for food.  But the food we wanted was pizza, and we didn't find any that we liked, so we ended up at Potbelly's for dinner, and then went back to the hotel and fell asleep.
